Yes to a guest. Is it worth it? Depends on cost of TP run & your flying pattern.
Silver can take in one guest, can’t remember what it is for gold.

If one guest (as with Silver or Gold) isn’t enough…
All you “need” to do is “just” hit 5000 tier points for Gold Guest List status. Concorde Club Room (CCR) access for yourself and 1 guest. 2 guests in any other BA lounge, including Galleries First lounge. A whopping 5 guests who are on the same booking as you!
Plus they answer the phone quickly, and twice a year you can make extra avios seats appear
