Forums Frequent flyer programs British Airways Executive Club Is it still possible to amend my FF number online for a BA flight?

I took up the RJ status match and would like to amend a BA booking with my RJ frequent flyer number so that I can select seats in advance. It used to be possible to do that on the RAM site but it’s now greyed out. What are my options please? Thanks

BA via X (Twitter) will do it for you.

The RAM site MMB process worked for me this morning (via Safari on an iPad) and I was able to update my FF info for a BA booking to Corfu this June. Within a few minutes it is now showing correctly on BA, after I logged out and back in.

Do bear in mind that it can sometimes take a while for such changes to propogate through the network. Still, good news is that this ‘hack’ does seem to still be working and from my perspective a lot quicker and easier than having to wait on the X team…

Thanks for confirming that the ‘hack’ still works. I tried the RAM site again (Macbook/Safari) and the FF scheme and number fields are greyed out and a ‘no entry’ symbol appears above them when I move my cursor over them. I’ll try using an iPad to see if that works.

Just tried using Safari on an iPad and had the same result. The airline field is pre-populated with RAM and the FF number showing is my BA account. I don’t get the option to edit them.

Guess I’ll have to register for X and tweet BA.

    Thanks for your suggestions.

Same for me with RAM. Greyed out on the BA number so I cannot do it. I have seen others recommending to phone BA (always a thankless task!)

Be sure to use the ‘manage my booking’ option, from the main page of RAMs site, where you input your booking surname & BA six character reference.

Then scroll down to the traveler section & select ‘modify / complete my personal information’ option. This is when the frequent flyer info field becomes editable.
