With the LHW offer of spend 600 get 15000 MR points, am I right in thinking I can book through booking.com if payment is actually made at the hotel rather than in advance.

I presume you can alternatively combine it with the Fine Hotels and Resorts Platinum benefit if you book through Amex and pay at the hotel.
