We have a household account of 4 people, me being the head of the household. My child’s and my own accounts are locked and the others are fine. I say it is locked, as when I tried to log into the app, there was a message that BA locked the account and it will log me out. Which it did. On the website, when I enter my details (or my child’s) it just forwards to the onBusiness log in. I tried the “forgot my password” but no email link sent to reset it.
Any thoughts?
PS: checked the account of my partner (who can log in) and Avios balance seems fine.
It might be an IT glitch, have you tried different browsers/devices or just waiting a bit?
T am away, so only have an IPad. you’re right, in the past, I would try a Windows PC and it would work. However, I never had issues on the app. Strange that I am not getting the “reset password” emails. Will give it some time and try again.
