388 Avios have appeared in my Exec Club account from Melia
I had a stay earlier in the month. Paid with my BA Amex and those Avios are separate.
My Meliá account is set to earning Meliá points so I’ve no idea how I have got these

Could you have booked via the BA shopping portal? That may have earned the extra Avios (at 3 per 1 Euro spend at the moment)…
