I just went in to order a new set of bag tags and a membership card (it being the new membership year and the club name change) but I only seem to see a link to a digital membership card now.
Have they removed this element?
I tried the same last Sunday and got the same digital-only options. Tried again a few hours later and the option for physical card and tags suddenly appeared…

Just keep getting this message when I go to that page “As a result, all Club membership cards and luggage tags are taking longer than usual. Please allow up to 8 weeks for your items to arrive.”
I haven’t applied for a physical card and never got one automatically last year. I may give them a call as suggested.
Hmm, I get the option to order ‘a’ (i.e. singular) BAC tag, or BAEC card and tags, and a few others.
Seems to be another example of BA IT in action!
I was able to order a card and bag tag without any issue. We’ll see how long that takes!
