Hello all
I have a work trip in October and looking for a BA offer double TP with or without hotel for 5 nights. Any recommendations please- This topic was modified 54 years, 9 months ago by .
What type of trip are you looking to book? If it’s a BA holiday you’ll need a hotel for the entire stay, won’t you? And if that’s the case you’ll have to pick from whichever hotels BA offers.
*If you’re talking about the BA holiday offer which gets double tier points (not sure when that runs till).

The outbound flights have to be 31st October or before. If you can avoid the half term school holiday peak dates, the package price should be cheaper. I’d prioritise the A380 operated flights, if possible. Remember, passengers forget their driving licences and also forget to print hotel vouchers, useful if you don’t want a car or to stay at that cheap hotel.
hi there
I am looking for a BC flight and hotel package hopefully something that offers double TP so I can get Gold status in one tripWhat type of trip are you looking to book? @namster, so are you looking for hotel recommendations? If so you’d probably need to have a look at which ones BA offers in their packages and post details here for any comments. There wouldn’t be any point recommending places that BA don’t offer.
Hamster you just need to put in the work and do some searches on the BA Hols website!
Impossible to recommend anything when you don’t say what your budget is or requirements are for facilities or detailed location.
Also for the double TPs a flight + car also qualifies – as long as you meet the minimum stay requirements.
Not even sure you could get Gold on one trip – even under the reduced thresholds – unless you add intra US domestics or extra legs in the UK – unless you have a good chunk of TPs already.
A simple club return LHR to MIA would be 280 points normally so 560 under the offer.
I can see a 3-sector 5-night holiday from INV, routing INV-LHR-BOS-MIA and back via JFK with the cheapest hotel for about £400 (which you might choose not to stay at once checked in) or about £300 for the cheapest car (which you may elect not to use). Flights are about £3k. TPs should be 440 x 2 = 880. Plus maybe 80 for flights to/from INV.
