Good news! The changes to the Flying Club portion of the website appear to be out, with the biggest and most useful thing being that you can now see the Flying Club vouchers on your account! It’s generally tidied up and a bit smarter, too. Good work, VS!

See them but not use them online?!

I think we’ll get there. You can also see the voucher number, too, now which is useful.
About to call them, as I’m missing my last year renewal voucher!

Mine arrived at my card anniversary so has about 4 months’ less validity than I wanted. I don’t suppose they’ve extended them at all?! Going to check now, anyway.

I only seem able to see the last 12 months of activity so can’t see the voucher I earned in December 2022!

*Okay, you need to select “custom”, then “custom dates”.

@AL thanks for the heads up – That’s a step in the right direction for sure… being able to use online would be nice next, as @NorthernLass says. Would’ve saved my the 30 minutes yesterday on phone snagging LHR-MLE UC for next March whilst the agent battled with their cr@ppy IT systems 😀

Still, the outbound flights are in the bag and I can see my voucher is marked as ‘partially used’ on the new web interface. Now to grab my returns in a week or so… Hopefully another bargain luxury Maldives trip in our future thanks to all the amazing advice on here!

    Hard to believe!
After all these years, Virgin caught up with the year 2000…

Mine arrives once the spend threshold is reached each year. Not on the card anniversary like the BA Barclays ones. Is that not the case for everyone?

This is so much more useful – thank you for the heads up. Although its weirdly hard to find that new page at the moment – if you log in from the Virgin website by clicking flying club and then my account it gets you to the old style, but if you click on about Flying Club and log in from there (or the handy link in the first post) you get the new page.

My credit card ones arrive around the time my spend threshold is met, maybe a few days’ delay. My Gold renewal one rarely hits, and these are the ones I need to chase up.

My credit card voucher still outstanding nearly a month after meeting spend and now two weeks into the new year, sigh. I guess Virgin Money the first port of call?

Yes – they’re sometimes helpful, but sometimes they point you at Flying Club. I believe Flying Club have a process to forge it in to existence, if needs be.

Logged in and mine says ‘Partially used’.

What exactly does this mean? What can I redeem it against?

So rang Virgin Money and helpful chap said my spend was under the £10k. But, this was for the 11 months only till the early annual fee at the start of March! Agreed the March spend met the spend target so referred to specialist team to sort. Clearly another issue re the early charging of the annual fee.
