Just moved up to Silver from Bronze. I just wondered whether I am entitled to reserve my seats for free on a flight that I booked before I became silver? Currently allowing me to reserve seats but at a cost (as would Bronze status). Understand why this would be the case but just thought I would check. Thanks all.
Absolutely Yes. It can take a few days to catch up, so if you’ve only just reached Silver try again in a day or two. If available you also get a better choice of seats, e.g. bulkhead and exit (short haul only).
Definitely – when I got to Silver I had great fun going through all my bookings and selecting our seats for free!
