Hi all,
Have an amex nectar card, and my OH has a supp card.
Just noticed I have a Hilton statement credit offer ( spend 200. get 50 statement credit )
Is it possible my OH would have same offer on supp card, and we could potentially split bill to double the statement credit ?
*** she dosnt recall having ” login” details for her support card.
Yes, she’d need to register for an online account, add her card number. But offers generally take a while to appear on the card account so you may miss the boat this time around.
Some have persuaded Amex customer services to add offers but it rarely happens.
Yes, Hilton offers usually appear on both main and supp cards. But you need to register for the offer on each card individually.
So if you’ve never made an online account for the supp then you’ll have to make one. Or if she is the main holder of another Amex you can usually add supp cards to that account
Just to second the above – we usually get hotel offers both on main and supp BAPP, so definitely worth creating the account, even if just for future reference.
My best tip with this is start keeping a record of which card you use to pay for a booking so you’re sure to get both credits. It can be easy to lose track!
