My tier point collection year ended on Feb 25, and I had 610 tier points. In early February, I received an email stating that I would qualify for Silver next year. alas
A week later, the tier point adjustments deducted 610 points. However, two weeks later, 590 tier points were reinstated, and my collection date was extended to March 31, 2025. Now, my account shows that I’m 10 tier points (or x number of sectors) short of Silver. Has anyone experienced this before or could it be to do with the new system.
This is just down to the change in the collection years from an individual one, to a uniform one for everyone.
You qualified for Silver in your *old* year, so you have it until March 26.
If you want to extend that to April 26 then you will need an extra 10 tier points before the end of March 25.
hope that makes sense.
