Page Count Error

Apologies is previously reported. But I’ve noticed that when a page is full the ‘Recent Topics’ Index page shows a number for the next page which if clicked on is empty, the last post will be on the previous page. ‘Best USD account, with Citi ditching the UK?’ is at this moment an example. It shows pages 1 and 2, but page 2 is empty with the most recent post on page 1. I’ve seen several other examples.

I’ve noticed this too …. no idea why 🙂

These sort of bugs are unfortunately embedded in the underlying software and not something we can easily fix.

I believe it’s because the latest post that ended up on page 2 might be in moderation. When this happens, the system thinks there is a post on page 2, but us users aren’t able to see it until it is approved.
