If you have the ESSO offer on your card make sure it tracked, mine did not and I chased up
“ It was not tracked by the system as merchant number was not matching with list of eligible merchant, however, I see that address was correct so we have applied the credit manually.”
I’ll have to do that then. I’ve got 2 transactions that haven’t processed yet, over a week after making them.
I found this tracked fine for me. I used the app to pay via Applepay, I wasn’t sure would track but credit appeared within a day or so. I used it on Amex Platinum and Cashback cards.
It sounds like it is an issue with some Esso sites.
