We are due to travel to the Maldives next week and have been told we have to wait in the neeri lounge for our manta air sea plane, we are flying bc with Etihad, I suppose my first question is as bc customers do we get access to the neeri business class comfort lounge automatically? Could I use one of the other 2 lounges on site with my priority pass.

The seaplane terminal is separate to the main airport terminal, so I suspect you’ll be in whatever lounge your resort/seaplane operator direct you to.
That said, there is a priority pass option showing in the seaplane terminal – the Huvandhumaa lounge.
When we went last year we were directed to one of the Trans Maldivian lounges, which was a perfectly pleasant place to wait for a short time watching the seaplanes take off and land. Some resorts have their own lounges there.
