Looking to book Jumeriah in Dubai but better price offered for Jumeriah One member on website than non member.

Can travel agent using Passport to Luxury access member rates?

Do you mean Virtuoso/Emyr? His rates are usually comparable to the best flexible rate (sometimes a bit better), but come with added benefits like upgrades and free breakfast. The best thing is to contact him directly and ask if he does business with your preferred property and then enquire re pricing.

You CAN now get Passport To Luxury benefits on:
Jumeirah Advance Purchase rate (bed & breakfast)
Jumeirah Semi-flexible rate (bed & breakfast)
Jumeirah Escapes (bed & breakfast and half board)
Jumeirah Flavours (half board)

…. but not the extra discount as a member. I think.

I had a quote from Emry for Jumeirah beach hotel and the quote was slightly cheaper than the Jumeirah one rate.
