Can you redeem the Virgin credit card voucher on partner airlines?

A couple of questions about redeeming Virgin voucher:

1. Is it possible to use Virgin reward voucher to upgrade partner airline flights (looking at Korean Air)?
2. If there’s no Premium cabin on a flight – only Economy and Business, would it be upgraded to Business?

voucher (assuming you mean 241 or upgrade) only on Virgin metal

I don’t see a specific reference in the terms that says codeshares are excluded, but they do say you can only book into ticket classes G, P and A. Perhaps codeshares never use these classes, but in theory, if you find one that does, the voucher should be valid.

The voucher can only be used on VS metal, not Delta, Air France / KLM, or any other SkyTeam airline, or an airline like Singapore Airlines that VS has agreements with, unless you use the voucher for Clubhouse access (you need to be Silver or Gold level in Flying Club) the voucher can’t be used on non-VS metal
