Reedeming MR rewards for Etihad/Emirates

Hi all,

First time redeeming MR points into one the above schemes. Have booked outbound reward tickets to Dubai with Avios/241 voucher but I have around 100,000 MR points. Would this be enough one-way (DXB or AUH back to london) in business for 2 people? What is reward availability like in these schemes – understand the hard expiry so there is an element of risk doing it this way if availability is limited.
