Requesting a special meal

We’ve just changed our Feb half term flights and I went to request our special meals (GF and child) and it tells me that I can’t request meals this close to departure – it’s almost 3 weeks away! Any ideas why?

The reason is BA IT.
Try with a different browser and 24h after you made a change to your booking.

And double check later to make sure if the changes/requests you made worked.

At the top of the default Manage My Booking page there’s an option to go to the old version – ordering special meals works there (at least when _any_ of BA’s IT is working).
