Does anyone know how the credit card deals with revolut top ups? Is it a cash advance?

Also what about withdrawing money via a curve card to which the credit card is linked?

Top up of £10 to rev via bendy resulted in £2.99 charge. Perhaps they always charge £2.99 regardless of the amount?
