Forums Frequent flyer programs British Airways Executive Club My reward flight has disappeared from ba.com

I have a set of flights that have been many times cancelled and rebooked over theast 2 years aiming for for Cyprus this Easter. Always used the same booking reference code . Since the BA system upgrade this has not only disappeared from my flights , but also cannot locate using add booking.
Is this actually an issue or shall I wait until a week before to sort? Thinking a phone call is unavoidable here ?

Very odd. This is not a known issue so I think you may need to call (unfortunately, given the waits).

Yesterday none of my bookings were showing in my account, but I’ve seen this before and they’re all back today. I always make sure I have my confirmation emails filed away safely so if they did disappear just as I was about to fly I could easily prove that they existed!

Probably not your case, but for future reference (as I just found out), bookings will disappear from your account if they have no BA flight on them. I recently changed my flight from BA to Iberia, which meant no BA numbers in the booking and I can no longer add/access the booking through BAEC – have to use the standard Manage Booking lookup by PNR.

My booking wasn’t showing my account yesterday either (it’s been an intermittent issue for a couple of weeks). Usually works if I try a few hours later.

The first time it happened, I Was a bit worried that it didn’t recognise my booking ref until I called up

Check the app. Website is so messed up. I can see a rewards flight on my website login but wife can’t. Both can see on app. Website also constantly making me log off saying I’m logged on twice.
