Good Morning.
On pursuing my VA Activity Statement I spotted the following entries…
29 March 2022 – You have qualified for a credit card reward voucher
11 October 2022 – Virgin Atlantic Credit Card Reward Voucher
Does this mean, (1) I have 2 vouchers, or (2) the first message confirms I’ve spent enough, and the second message is the actual voucher?
If (1) does the difference in wording mean anything?
First time ever received email from Virgin saying I’d achieved a voucher…by my calculations I’d reached it several months ago. Odd.
Mine appeared promptly when I reached the spend threshold, but the description was initially blank.
It isn’t uncommon to receive random additional vouchers from VS, so you might have struck that if you’re sure you’ve not hit the spend threshold between March and October. Flying Club can tell you, if you call. You might be in for a nice surprise! All of my vouchers have the first description aligned, but I have vouchers that didn’t appear in my statement, too.
