Twice now having booked CE as a Gold or Silver there is no choice on MMB to select a seat. Is this a known fault? Apologies if there is a giant thread hidden away…
I have this too, albeit for a Euroflyer flight. Seat choice available via app but doesn’t exist on MMB on the computer. I rang and asked and was told it was a glitch.
Actually both mine were Euroflyers from LGW too. They did show up with seat allocation. 24 hours after the booking. Glitch it is but not terminal
You have to use the old version of MMB (there’s a button at the top of the new MMB) for Euroflyer. Just another BA IT “enhancement”…
