Does anyone know how long it takes to get the 5000 points bonus for auto convert from Tesco clubcard to Virgin points. ref July offer?
I checked a week or so ago and IIRC it was 28th August.
Virgin confirmed by email latest 29th August
No bonus points received still. Does anyone have a screenshot or PDF of the offer as the page now shows the October 2024 rerun of auto conversion bonus they’re doing.
My OH got her 5000 points yesterday. I’ve not had any yet but I think I may have enrolled for auto-convert previously so that’ll probably be why.
What I did notice is that it is only the points in the current period that are automatically converted. So if you have a load of vouchers sitting there they are not converted
Anyone know who to contact to ask about this? Still waiting for mine
I’ve checked and mine hit 22nd Aug
I had previously talked with Clubcard services and they said to check back later
I would try Virgin first, given the points are coming from them
Not received the bonus. Not had auto conversion turned on before.
I’ve raised with Virgin Red, they said they have raised with Tesco:
“We have raised this with Tesco for further investigation. It can take a while for Tesco to come back to us.”
My 5000 points appeared on the 28th September, that’ll keep me in Greggs breakfast sandwiches for a while
My 5000 pts have also appeared, thanks for the article on this @Rob.
OT but Tesco currently have a points challenge which may help boost your Virgin balance
What is the challenge
Millions of Tesco customers will have the chance to collect up to £50 in Clubcard points thanks to a cutting-edge new AI-powered Clubcard Challenges.
Three million Clubcard holders will be invited to take part in the campaign. If they accept, they will receive 20 challenges that have been personalised just for them.Just noticed my 5000 points from the last auto convert sign up have posted
Multiple friends of mine have received their auto convert points too.
I checked my Clubcard account the other day, it’s been quietly auto-converting since the offer appeared and I now have 8000 VS points of my own (the big balance is technically OH’s!) So I could take myself off to NYC in a saver economy seat in January, lol.
