Got mine today! Seemed to top up fine through Curve linked to my Amazon NewDay Platinum Mastercard. Interestingly NS&I also accept it for making payments into Premium Bonds…
Whats the max you can top up, for example in a month or year
Doesn’t seem to let me top up more than £2.5k at a time. Not sure if I could do that multiple times.

Well according to TPG
You cannot collect Avios:On your monthly card fee
On any means of digital electronic payment method (including but not limited to Bitcoin or casino money)
On payments of rent for residential or business premises
On Payments for Court Costs, including Alimony and Child Support
On Payment of Fine;
On Bail and Bond Payments
On Tax Payments to the HMRCShould I have received a PIN?

hmm myself and player 2 have not received anything.. requesting a new PIN in the app brings no joy either.

Oops. You’re going to get slapped with a cash advance fee and immediate interest for that. 4829 is a cash advance category to NewDay.

Anyone else not being able to even log into the BA rewards app? Android version 4.1.3 if that makes any difference.
I click log in. Input my details, then it sends me back to the first page to click log in again.

I missed the box to enter the referral code whilst signing up. I couldn’t find a back button and assumed when I uploaded the selfie etc I would be asked to review the application and press submit. But it didn’t. Is there anyway of contacting them to have the code applied so I don’t miss out on the HfP bonus?
Phone the customer service number and option 1 and the machine will tell you your PIN.

Presumed it was the age of my phone, approx 4/5 years old
Also had a problem with the Chase UK App, couldn’t download itUgh! I activated the card. Tried to transfer £500 from my bank account. The bank thought it was fraud and asked me to text back that it was OK (this is normal with my bank) but the money hasn’t left my bank or showing in the BA app. If it doesn’t arrive tomorrow I’ll have to call my bank.

NS&I MCC seems to be 9399
They were referring to topping up the prepaid card itself which is 4829, and thus, will attract cash advance fees if using a credit card.
