I flew on 2 Cathay flights back in Oct and added my exec club number at the point of booking. So far I’m yet to receive the points, have called ba a few times as these points would push me into silver but every time they just tell me it takes 21 days for the points to credit. Anyone had anything similar and found a way to resolve it?
I flew CX to HKG in mid-October, and I didn’t realise until late-November that the avios/tier points didn’t post – so I submitted a claim online (it’ll be under your account –> claim missing avios –> partner claims).
It took a week before they got back to me saying they rejected my claim for the outbound flight, but approved for the inbound flight. Then it took another week and a half before the points for the inbound flight got posted to my account.
I still have no idea why they rejected my claim for the outbound flight, but there’s no ‘dispute decision’ option on the website so I kind of just let it go.
