Transferring Aer Lingus tier points to British Airways

Hi All, I’ve managed to transfer my Aer Lingus avois to my BA account but how do i (or can i) transfer my tier points across too?

The answer is no.

(Technically if you took a flight and gave the wrong loyalty program you can ask for that to be voided and then provide a different one. This however can only be done just after you travelled and on an exception basis)

How did you manage to transfer your aer lingus points? Every time I try to go though the link to transfer points (other airlines) I just get an error message after linking to Aer Lingus account? Really frustrating!!
