Unable to manage booking on Finnair (BA ticket)

Hi all,

I usually retrieve my e-ticket number from Finnair, entering the 6 character booking reference and family name, but I’m getting an error now. Never had a problem before and I’ve tried with 3 different bookings, all unsuccessful.

Anyone else having problems with Finnair’s MMB?

I suspect all to do with the recent RJ status giveaway, it’s ruined this little trick for oneworld bookings, very annoying for the rest of us

I changed some seat reservations on Finnair with a BA ticket a few days ago.

The 6 character booking reference and family name didn’t work but it did work with my ticket number when entered without – between the 125 and the rest of the number.

Try BA issued PNR on AirMaroc or Royal Jordanian MMB.

Strangely, I can’t any longer see how to to add RJ number to a BA redemption on RJ’s own site, but I was able to do it on RAM. The change was recognised immediately for seat selection at BA.com.

Also had the same issue and noticed the same with RJ. Had to use RAM to change the number.

Same issue, RAM was clunky but worked ok.
