Our London to Doha flight will be arriving at a really odd time of the night. We are thinking of using a lounge for a few hours and then heading to our hotel as we have a few days there. We have PP via Amex Platinum. Will the airport lounges there require a boarding pass or will we be fine to access them?
You won’t have access to the departure lounges.
If you’re flying Qatar business class then there is an arrivals lounge to use otherwise I’d just get to a hotel, they’ll be very used to weird arrival times. What I’ve done in Dubai before if arriving very late is book something cheap near the airport to save wasting money on an expensive hotel night I’m barely using.
Just remember to book the date you leave the UK and tell the hotel you’ll be a very late check in so they don’t mark you as no show
