Has anyone managed to book something starting outside the UK and have the offer triggered? I know it says must start from the UK and that Amex have all the flight info, so it shouldn’t, but asking anyway?

I was hoping to use it but i have to ring CS to book reward seats using voucher. I am quite certain you can’t use a CV booking online or am i wrong about that. Or anyone know if the Amex offer works if not booked online?

Anyone get the credit from buying on the VA app? Stupidly I thought online would include the app but the terms do state available online at http://www.virginatlantic.com/flight-search/book-a-flight….booked LHR-YYZ 2 weeks ago now and still nothing..

Does the merchant show as VAA INTERNET (GBP)? If so, I fancy your chances, I had the offer on the main card and on a supp, one has paid out, one hasn’t. I’ve had it confirmed as qualifying on chat, so presumably it will roll in some time after the offer closes. Don’t lose heart just yet!

I booked via the app on both main card and supplementary and the cash back came through for both.
