Virgin Wines offer …. early October ’24

Is anybody else still fighting for the 3000 points offer ?
I’m being pushed from one to another, with no luck so far.
What an unacceptable situation.

Here is their reply this morning after much too and fro.

‘I can see you’ve purchased ‘Winebank Welcome White Case’ and this purchase does not qualify for the 3000 point offer’

Totally appalling service.
HfP should not promote these type of promotions.

With nothing to go on and no details of who was offering what, it is unclear why confirming that the particular purchase you made does not qualify for a particular bonus constitutes appalling service.

Virgin Wines formal offer on here, back in October. I can’t screen shot but you’ll find it if you search. If you didn’t take advantage, then obviously I wouldn’t expect you to know about it but for those that did…When you are pushed from pillar to post with two independent Virgin companies, Virgin Wines and Virgin Red. This was a Virgin Red offer….very clear. Virgin Wines tried to eventually be helpful but made it clear, ‘Not our problem…talk to Red.’ Final response as above, despite the offer being very clear, 50% off, Red or WHITE, free delivery,+ 3000 points. Couldn’t be much clearer.

I took advantage of this offer (on a Wine Bank mixed case) and the 3000 points credited automatically in mid-November. Did the Virgin Wines website show that you would receive the bonus during checkout?

After a lot of email hassle, with screen shots, between Virgin Wines and Red, (pass the parcel)…points have been awarded.
