Advice from those in the know please. I have tried to claim 180 missing tier points through the BA website on 3 occasions and each time received an inaccurate response. I have just tried again – will I get more joy from the gold line or should I keep trying the website route? Thank you.

I think you have answered your own question here- surely if this final attempt doesn’t work then you have to try something else (e.g. the Gold line). After all, as a much smarter person than me once said, “the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results” …
