Which is the best month to open a BAEC account?

Hello, I was just wondering which (if any) months are best or more advantageous to have BAEC TP year end dates, and whether or not the card expiry date always 31st December?

Card expiry is always the end of the month following the month the TP year ends. TP year ends are always the 8th. So if your TP year ends 8 June, your card expiry is 31 July.

Can never be changed, so best to join up just before your first flight, as opposed to when you book the flight. That should give you the longest time to build up tier points.
