      So it does. I was sure the original email (now deleted) said November though! (Or, more likely, I am going mad in my old age.) Post corrected.

        I won’t be surprised if it was the former. The T&C say the offer is valid until 2-Dec-12. However after you register it indicates it is valid until 31-Dec-12:
        “Thank you for registering with American Express. Do not forget to spend at World Duty Free to earn double points on all transactions up to 31 December 2012. Plus to save £5 off of transactions over £70, just follow the link below. “

          I thought I wasn’t going mad! The original post said 31st December but I changed it to 2nd December after looking at the original link again. Nothing to lose, I suppose – if you don’t get double points between 3-31 December you are no worse off, just without a bonus.
