Get bonus Tesco Clubcard points with Epson

A quick heads up of a couple of new Tesco Direct promotions with Epson.

This is an interesting deal if you are looking for an inkjet printer.  It costs £79, but comes with 2,000 bonus Clubcard points – so 4,800 Avios.

Until November 14th, you will also earn 300 bonus Clubcard points when you buy 2 Epson printer cartridges in-store (or, of course, if you order online but via tesco.com/grocery).

Here is another Tesco promotion worth noting.

For four weeks, you can earn double base points at Tesco Direct as they trial ‘Share and Earn’.

Basically, you download the ‘Share and Earn’ Facebook app, and you can then ‘Like’ products.  When one of your friends clicks through your ‘Like’ and buys the product, you get the base Clubcard points as a referral bonus.  However, the rules clearly state that you can buy something FOR YOURSELF via your Facebook page.  This effectively gets you double base points.

This all seems very complicated to me, but if you want to try it then click on the ‘Share & Earn’ logo on any Tesco Direct product page, eg the printer link above.

Hi Raffles – do you have a link to the Epson printer cartridges?
I can’t find them on tesco direct. thanks

  • Phil says:

oh – they’ve disappeared now. very odd.

  • David says:

    – That is assuming the share-and-earn is getting you 1 extra Tesco CC point. If I have misunderstood, and you are getting 2 exta points from share and earn on Direct right now, then obviously share and earn is the better value.
