There is one deal on the list that I should flag.  The Alitalia status match which was due to end on 31st December has been extended to 31st January.  This is a great opportunity to leverage your BA or other airline status into status with the SkyTeam alliance.

Tuesday 26th January

Last day to book a discounted Iberia flight from the UK in their January sale.  Article.

Sunday 31st January

    I have tried registering with Alitilia for the Millemeglia programme but fail at the last hurdle with repeated “Error in Servic” messages. They have sent me a PIN but not a membership number.

      I’ve been trying to register for weeks, and am now talking to their Twitter team, as the main form on their website would only allow dates of birth for their youth scheme. They directed me to a beta form but this won’t accept a UK postcode. It’s very annoying.

        Try the form on an apple device, that helped for us. Make a note of the membership numbers because they don’t ever seem to email them to you!

    Check you claimed/ validated the Groupons in the Iberia deal on Avios – as ISTR 10th January is the last day to claim them. If you haven’t received them in your IB a/c yet, you stand to lose them entirely IF you haven’t cashed in the coupon & transferred to IB.

    I’ve submitted a status match request to Alitalia 3 times since 1st November, still waiting so I’ve also sent a tweet to their social media team to see what can be done. Fingers crossed!

      Unscientific study around the office. Those that took a photo of their card and uploaded as PDF or JPEG got matches. Others who screenshot websites or used obscure formats or anything from apple did not get responses.
