Good news for anyone who lives in Scotland or Ireland, because Finnair is increasing flights this winter from both Edinburgh and Dublin to its hub in Helsinki.

Edinburgh will have up to six weekly flights whilst Dublin sees an additional four services, increasing its total to nine.

Finnair has some excellent connection opportunities to its destinations in Asia, many of which it flies with its new A350 aircraft that we reviewed here.

As a British Airways partner and oneworld member you can also redeem your Avios on these flights. These are priced from the new British Airways partners redemption chart which was released last month.  Finnair flights will also earn you Avios and British Airways Executive Club tier points.
