1,000 Membership Rewards points for American Express Gold cardholders – if you’re quick

American Express has launched a new offer for the first 55,000 American Express Preferred Rewards Gold cardholders who sign up.

You can find the registration link under the ‘Offers’ tab on your Gold statement page on the Amex website or in the app.

Once registered, you will receive 1 extra Membership Rewards point on your Amex Gold spending until 6th September. Your bonus is capped at 1,000 points.

The offer will disappear once all 55,000 slots are filled, so register ASAP.

The offer takes your earnings to 2 points per £1 on that £1,000 of spending, a rate which no other card can touch. If you have a Gold card but don’t use it, dig it out.

These are only good deals if you get them offered to you!

Never had Morrison’s on airtime either for example

Anyone had any luck getting a Pret giftcard? I tried getting one today but apparently there’s currently a problem with their giftcard system.
