The vouchers have now run out. Applications are still being processed and are under manual review so please be patient if you have already applied.

If you need to fly your friends, family or colleagues to Malaysia or beyond, Malaysia Airlines would like you to sign up to MHgroupbooking, its service for customers making group bookings.

There is a £10 Amazon UK voucher on offer for the first 150 individuals or organisations to sign up and be approved. Don’t worry – you don’t have to be making (or plan) a group booking for now.

MHgroupbooking

What is MHgroupbooking?

MHgroupbooking is the dedicated Malaysia Airlines portal for individuals who travel to Malaysia and beyond with 10+ people.

As well as offering special fares, it offers a dedicated interface which allows you manage traveller details and payments.

You do not need to make a group booking to claim your voucher. The promotion is available for anyone who signs up to MHgroupbooking, regardless of whether you will make a group booking now or at any point in the future.

Signing up takes five minutes and – assuming you are one of the first 150 applicants – you should receive your £10 Amazon.co.uk gift card without any further requirements. We will update this page once the vouchers have run out.

You can find out more, and sign up, here.

Malaysia Airlines is also offering £10 Amazon.co.uk vouchers to small business owners who join, and are approved for, MHbiz Pro.

As a MHbiz Pro member, you will receive access to special corporate fares as well as benefits such as lounge access on certain ticket types which would not normally include it. There are also customisable ticket booking tools and personalised expense reports.

Following a recent change, there is no longer any minimum annual travel spend required to join.

Any small or medium-sized enterprise which travels to Asia or further is welcome to sign up. Applicants must be UK registered companies, not sole traders or partnerships.

Membership of MBbiz Pro is free and you can find out more, and sign up, here.

Successful applications will receive an email with a Giftcloud link to allow them to claim their £10 Amazon.co.uk gift card.

    Seems a bit harsh .

  • mark says:

sigh – wish i’d checked comments before wasting 15 minutes trying to register for this nonsense. Rubbish.

  • John says:

Nothing has made me so mad before then this stupid form! Tried filling it out on my mobile, when I hit submit it says something about password requirements not met but not without overlaying the feedback form which forces me to fill it out and then doesn’t let me go back to filling in the original form! Tried multiple times before resorting to filling it out on my PC then when I try to verify my account it errors again! Absolute shambles!!

Give up…I have and had a comment deleted by Rob. Complete nonsense!

  • Andrew says:

    What a joke

  • Rhys says:

We’ve had a lot of sign-ups this morning. Malaysia Airlines have said they are now doing a manual review of accounts so if you signed up earlier please be patient. Sorry!

  • Lee says:

Complete farce – registered for an account, verified that – but impossible to go any further. Couldn’t even log back in.

Not impressed by them to be honest.

This makes no sense to me. Malaysia Airlines have paid for this article. All they’re going to achieve by doing so is to get people to sign up for the £10 who have no intention of making a group booking. I can’t remember seeing anyone on here talk about the need for booking for groups of 10+

I can imagine that out of the cap of 150 for this offer zero will book a group ticket and anyone that turns up later in the day who was genuinely interested in the group booking system is too late for the offer.

MHBiz slightly better, there is a chance a few readers may have business travel to Asia but again most will just want the £10

Totally agree. It’s very bizarre – as others were saying, I was checking it wasn’t April 1st!

    • Paul says:

Totally agree, plus along the way managing to put plenty of people off their brand! Crackers.

  • Aston100 says:

Ah good old Malaysia Airways offers. Always something odd.
For instance, there was that offer in conjunction with HfP a couple of years ago for (and I quote) “virtually any date” but upon closer inspection around a third of the year was excluded, including school holidays!
