Everything listed below has been covered on HfP in recent weeks, but years of experience of running offers for HfP readers has made it very clear that a large proportion like to leave things to the last minute ….

Hotel promotions
Here are registration links for the current hotel promotions from the major chains:
- Accor Live Limitless – 6,000 bonus points if you complete 3 x 2-night stays from 23rd September to 31st December (book by 4th November) – register here
- Hilton Honors – double base points on stays between 7th September and 31st December – register here
- IHG Rewards – double base points on your 2nd stays and triple base points on subsequent stays between 1st October and 31st December – register here
- Marriott Bonvoy – 1,500 bonus points on all stays from 14th September to 12th December – register here
Hyatt and Radisson are not currently running a global promotion.

Sunday 3rd October
Last day to open, close or make changes to a British Airways Executive Club Household Account before a six week hiatus
Monday 4th October
The new UK travel rules begin, including no ‘Fit To Fly’ tests for the fully vaccinated and the abolition of the Green and Amber lists
Tuesday 5th October
Last day to book a Eurostar ticket to earn double or triple Club Eurostar points (travel by 31st March 2022)
Friday 15th October
Last day to get 30,000 Virgin Points on the Virgin Atlantic Reward+ credit card and 2,000 points on the free Virgin Atlantic card – click here to apply
Sunday 31st October
Last day to earn bonus Avios at NH Hotels
Last day to book to earn double Avios at Melia hotels (stay by 31st December)
Last day to get a 30% bonus buying Hyatt points
Monday 1st November
Heathrow Airport launches its £5 drop-off fee
Tuesday 2nd November
Last day to get 60,000 American Express Membership Rewards points when you apply for The Platinum Card
Last day to get 40,000 Avios when you apply for the British Airways Premium Plus American Express card
