The aim of this feature is to summarise flight, hotel and points offers that are ending soon.  Everything listed below has been covered on HfP in recent weeks, but years of experience of running offers for HfP readers has made it very clear that a large proportion like to leave things to the last minute ….

Hotel promotions and ‘buy points’ offers

Here are registration links for the current hotel promotions from the major chains:

  • Hilton Honors – double base points on all stays from 2nd May to 5th September – register here
  • Marriott Bonvoy – 1,000 bonus points per night and double elite night credits on all stays by 4th May – registration is now closed

Accor, Hyatt and Radisson are not currently running a global promotion.

The following hotel ‘buy points’ offers are currently running:

Sunday 1st May

Monday 2nd May

First day to stay at a Hilton hotel for the new double or triple points promotion (register here)

Last day to earn Avios and save 20% with the Bicester Village Private Sale

Tuesday 3rd May

Last day to get 40,000 Marriott Bonvoy points with the Marriott Bonvoy American Express card (apply here)

Wednesday 4th May

Last day to stay at a Marriott hotel and earn 1,000 bonus points and get double elite night credits

Friday 6th May

Last day to get a 100% bonus buying Hilton Honors points (buy here)

Tuesday 10th May

Last day to get 1,000 bonus Avios for a £200 BA spend, charged to your BA Amex (targetted offer)

Wednesday 11th May

Last day to get 1,000 bonus Nectar points with a hotel booking (stay by 31st December)

Friday 13th May

Last day to book in the Radisson hotel sale and earn double points (stay by 14th September)

Thursday 19th May

Last day to convert SuperValu Real Rewards points to Aer Lingus Avios

Wednesday 1st June

Last day to get 60,000 Membership Rewards sign-up bonus with American Express Platinum (apply here)

    Like you I’ve been staying at Marriott hotels as much as possible with their current promo, should hit 37 nights after this weekend, it’s been great. Another 13 stays to hit 50 should be easy enough but not sure I’ll reach 75. Shame Creation closed down my Marriott card as that would have given me another 10 nights, might consider the Amex later in the year but as I don’t qualify for the sign up bonus it isn’t so attractive.
