Accor Live Limitless has launched a special ‘triple points’ promotion to promote its VISA card in France.
Take a look here (in French). The offer is valid for stays until 25th June 2023 as long as you book by 14th May 2023.
Accor brands include ibis, Novotel, Sofitel, Mercure, MGallery, Raffles, Fairmont, Swissotel, Pullman etc.

As usual with Accor offers, it is a bit of a faff:
- you need to register in advance of booking via this page of the Accor site (stays booked before registration do not count)
- you must book your stay by 14th May 2023
- you must complete your stay by 25th June 2023
- there is a minimum stay of two nights
- you can earn the bonus a maximum of twice
- rooms paid in full or in part with points do not qualify
Participating countries are:
Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Czech Republic, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal , Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, United Kingdom
Whilst the offer is linked to Accor’s French Visa card, the rules do not say that registration is restricted. The rules also do not say that payment with a Visa card is required.
There is clearly no guarantee that Accor thinks the rules are different to the ones it has published, but you have nothing to lose by registering (and rebooking existing stays if you can).
I was able to register for the offer without any difficulty – “Vous avez bien validé votre inscription à l’offre. Vous allez donc gagner plus de points.”
What are triple Accor points worth?
Our article on what we think Accor Live Limitless points are worth is here.
1 point is worth 2 Eurocents off your next booking, although you need to redeem in chunks of 2,000 points.
The standard earn rate at most brands is 2.5 points per €1. Triple base points means 7.5 points per €1. This means 15 Eurocents of free stays for every €1 you spend, pre-tax, which is a decent return. Anyone with elite status will earn even more.
You can also transfer your Accor points to Avios although you lose value compared to using them for a discount on a future stay. The best transfer rate is to Iberia Plus (1:1) rather than British Airways Executive Club (2:1), using ‘Combine My Avios’ to move them from Iberia to BA.
