Important dates for your diary – offers about to close which you shouldn’t miss (October 2023)

The aim of this feature is to summarise flight, hotel and points offers that are ending soon.  Everything listed below has been covered on HfP in recent weeks, but years of experience of running offers for HfP readers has made it very clear that a large proportion like to leave things to the last minute ….

Hotel promotions and ‘buy points’ offers

Here are registration links for the current hotel promotions from the major chains:

• Hilton Honors – double base points on all stays, and triple base points in selected cities, from 6th September to 31st December – register here

• IHG One Rewards – earn 2,000 bonus IHG One Rewards points for every two cash nights you stay between 12th October and 31st December – register here

• Marriott Bonvoy – get 1,500 bonus points per stay with an extra 3,000 bonus points after every third brand, from 12th September to 6th December – register here by 22nd November

• World of Hyatt – earn 3,000 bonus World of Hyatt points for every three nights you stay between 6th October and 30th November – register here by 10th November

Last day to buy British Airways flight tickets to earn Avios under the current distance-based charts

Last day to book Accor stays under their current 6,000 bonus points promotion (stay by 17th December, register here)

Friday 20th October

Last day to get £200 cashback on a £1,000 Relais & Chateaux stay with American Express

Tuesday 24th October

Last day to get a 60% bonus buying Virgin Points

Thursday 26th October

Last day to get £350 cashback on a £700 United Airlines purchase via Amex

Friday 27th October
