I have read through the full documentation available from Amex UK Platinum and I still cannot bottom out if I or other insured family members who are travelling with me have COVID is it covered by Travel Insurance or not?
Any collective wisdom from the community on this?
It should be covered by the policy if you can get your doctor to certify that you should not/cannot travel. In that respect, Covid is now just like any other illness that might be covered on the policy. Whether your doctor will do that for you is another issue.
