I have found a few LHR-MIA or MIA-LHR routes still showing the A330 Neo – do you think this will change over to the old planes in due course?
I hope they won’t try and change mine !
They can change the return flight back to a neo, although my hopes aren’t exactly high…
What is bizarre is that the day before I was due to fly to LAX with them, I needed to call their helpline for whatever reason, near the end I asked what aircraft I’d be on tomorrow, I was told an A350 (it was showing within the app as a 789) and when I got near the aircraft (we were transported by buses to the aircraft instead of walking straight from the terminal and through the tunnel), it was dismayed too see that I’d be sat in an old UC seat 😒
Whether or not they’ll change aircraft is literally anyone’s guess, apart from the team who control which aircraft fly where
