They may swap the aircraft in the meantime though as the aircraft has a long layover in HKG they won’t be under massive pressure to do so

If you had 1hr 45mins I’d say you’d make it if you keep moving and as long as immigration isn’t backed up (in which case you’d need to try queue jump, quite feasible there I’d say if you show your onward booking)

Interested in how you know the allocation? I know I often check on the day on Flight Radar but does it show aircraft registration this far in advance or did you check via other means?
