I have the same two cards as you and also the premium metal Curve. Put all FX spend through Curve & Barclaycard (Amex is NOT supported). There are probably cheaper ways of doing it as the Curve fee is quite high but they sometimes do quite generous cashback offers and you get 1% on all spend that isn’t in EUR or GBP.
