I may have leant on heartstrings a little with the phrase “at that point my heart sank” 😉

Quite interesting reading the language of the reply too – clearly designed for any appeal to FOS. We have a legal case going on at work at the moment so I am very swiftly being brought up to speed on how important language can be!
