    Hi,
    I get the pre-approved message from the eligibility checker for the Virgin Atlantic reward (no fee) credit card but then there is no option to apply for the card. Has anyone experienced this?

    Yes, I been having the same issue this morning. Glad I’m not the only one!….I have been trying in various combinations of devices and browsers.

    Ahem.
    Might be a precursor, or might be something already happening. Weren’t the Virgin financial products being redistributed?

    I’ve also tried various browers and devices over the last week with the same message. Probably will need to call to apply

    @soloflyer1977 I have been having the same problem in the app and website.
    Thought I would try the chat within the app but it isn’t available so I phoned.
    Was told to close browser, clear cookies & cache and try again.
    I had already tried that and different browsers.
    Anything after that mustn’t be included in their help script because the advisor replied there is nothing they can do as all applications have to be online, keep trying, have a nice day and use the help function in future :0
