Availability Calendar for Amex 2-4-1

Hi All – I am trying to book a J return to SIN using my 2-4-1 and running into issues. Wanted to see if just me or a site glitch. I am tapping in my dates on the ‘book with Avios screen’ and with my 241 voucher selected, and the next screen shows me a calendar of available dates, I pick one of these dates for both outbound and return, then on the next screen it shows no flight available. The day tabs show flights on other days, but when I click one of those, it then also shows no flights.

Just me, or a wider issue? Does it make sense to call BA to book by phone using the dates that show as available on the first calendar screen?

When you say no flights available, do you mean no flights in J?

My working theory is that somehow the engine is picking up on economy class flights but then doesn’t show them as you only see WT+, J, and F.

Although it could be something else.

But yes, I have the same issue. It is infuriating.

I have no idea if calling might prove fruitful. I would be surprised though.

Have you tried leaving the initial cabin selection as economy? You may well find that you can then select PE or J on the next screen.
