Avios to Nectar transfer not working

The facility to transfer Avios to Nectar is currently “unavailable”. I suspect BA are not too concerned about that.
I’m having the same problem, spoke to Nectar on the chat and they said try again later in the week!
Does anyone know another way I an convert? I’ve got reward flight I need to book and 18k short
Just had an email from BA saying thanks for converting and have 100 free points……. 🫤
Update from Nectar this morning….
Hi! There are a few upgrades and improvements going on with conversions at the moment, so it’s been temporarily taken off line. We don’t have a definitive timescale for it being back, but keep your eyes peeled! Kelly

I have had this issue for the better part of the last week, and have finally found a way around the issues within the Sainsburys nectar page.
I spoke to BA EC and was told if I do the conversion directly from the BA rewards page it works, and it did. Just remember to change the conversion from Avios to Nectar to Nectar to Avios. It happens (as always) instantly.
I am unsure why Nectar is having the issue, but pretty sure it has something to do with the latest BA safety upgrade (or that was what BA told me)

Sign in to nectar.com on desktop. Go to See all partner offers, select BA and use the Convert Points option
Thanks. Unfortunately BA does not feature under Partner Offers and under Spend, although it shows my account as linked, if I click convert it just says it can’t connect my account. Oh well, I guess it will resolve itself in due course.
Just to clarify, when signed in to Nectar.com, scroll down until you find the section headed Explore partner offers, and underneath that should be a button labelled Show all partner offers. This should include BA, and it links through to the Avios/Nectar transfer options

OK, I followed that and when I click BA, I get “Oops! We can’t connect to your Avios account”. The reconnect button takes to the BA login page which just fails. Checked the BA login on the main site and they’re fine. Thanks, I gave it a punt but I’m sure it’ll work sometime soon. Cheers!
Nectar ‘chat’ this morning. “known problem. Will be solved by the weekend”. Hmmmm, still suspicious…
Log onto the shopping portal on BA:
https://exchange.shopping.ba.com/partner/nectar/exchange
enter your details and it weill convert instantly. worked for me yesterday with 20k nectar points and just tested it with another 5k
